FREE BBQ at Publik Transit Studios in Decatur, GA every SUNDAY

This Sunday, May 1st, 2011 at 4 o'clock PM marks the beginning of what will become our Backyard BBQ Series every Sunday this Summer in the months of May, June, & July. Please join us for the kick off BBQ this Sunday at 4 o'clock for free food, live entertainment, and drinks for those of legal drink age to enjoy responsibly. If you are a member of the studio please come out and bring a few friends and guests. If you are interested in joining the studio please use this as a great opportunity to meet a few new friends in the arts.

General Service Policy:	Appointments should be booked online as far in advance as possible to ensure your preferred time slot is available. We reserve the right to reschedule client appointments as necessary to accommodate staff conflicts. A walk-through of the studio is free but we ask that you please show up on time and prepared to discuss the details of your project, budget, and listen to any tracks that you may want to purchase or lease for your project.
Reservation Policy:	A 50% deposit is due at the time you schedule your appointment. You will receive a Pay-Pal invoice for the 50% deposit within 2-48 hours depending on your scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation Policy:	Appointments should be canceled as soon as you know you can not make it to open the slot up for other recording clients. A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment. Please call me directly to cancel at (678) 561-4508. Clients who fail to cancel their appoints within 24 hours will NOT BE REFUNDED their deposit.
Payment Policy:	We except payment through Pay-Pal, Google Checkout, or Cash. If you would prefer to pay with Cash or Google Checkout, please indicate this in the Notes section of the booking form when scheduling your appointment. Cash deposits and appointments can be made during your scheduled walk-through on site.
