Grace Note 4.20.10

Tuesday, April 19, 2011: Day two at the Metro Atlanta Task Force for the Homeless--a victory for a fledgling recording co-op, a stepping stone for Ayudagente, picking up pace as it steams into its second year of community service. After a meeting with Director and Coordinator, Ms. Valarie Dawson, the two teams collaborating in the name of shedding light on the unfortunate, are fired up about the possibilities ahead.

In addition to the meeting--which was interrupted by a bumble bee (ask and I'll respond in binary code because the occurrence was just that trivial, and I'd hate to try and make any sense of it)--we took a guided tour of the building.

It is amazing what lies under our noses, and what we willfully choose to ignore. The day we admit to issues and deal with them, instead of merely sweeping them under the rug, will be the day we'll all get free. 'Till 'morrow.
